As a Lamaze Certified Childbirth Educator, Labor and Delivery Nurse, and mother of 4 she has the experience and wisdom to help you with your journey.
Her passion is to teach you, coach you, and help get you ready for your special day as you bring your baby into the world.

Welcome to Understanding Birth eClass, a unique online learning experience that provides comprehensive information you can trust as you prepare for your upcoming birth. In this class, you will learn all about the birth process and medical procedures through instructive video clips, animations, and interactive games. You will also get a sense of what labor is really like as you watch several birth stories. You will even have an opportunity to create your own birth plan!
